Improving Livelihood Through Civic Society Project
Starting from March 2011 to February 2014 with the help of the LIFT funded project of UNOPS. The goal is to reduce current food insecurity to improve the livelihood of farming communities in Kart Htike Village tract.
- To strengthen the capacity and livelihood skills including from production and raising small animal husbandry for diversifying income opportunities of sustainable farming and farmer to farmer extension of key farmers to increase farm productivity.
- To increase community assets to embrace and sustain local infrastructure.
- To support the vocational skill training to growth and young adult for micro income generation opportunities.
- To build and strengthen the capacity of community leaders and local staffs to plan, implement and manage community development projects.
